DelRioConstruction provides experienced and knowledgeable professionals to handle all  phases of your construction project.  As a General Contractor, we handle  all types and sizes of projects from new construction to renovations.   Our project management staff guides you through every step of the  project with our field superintendents, tradesmen and qualified  subcontractors delivering your project on-time with the highest degree  of safety and quality.  

With the experience and input DRC as your Construction Manager, we  will assist and advise in all of the above activities as well  architect/engineer/contractor selections, provide cost estimates and  value engineering, prepare and oversee the master schedule, bid  packaging/procurement and permits, full-time on-site project and safety  management, budget and change order management, monthly reporting, punch  lists and post construction follow-up.  

DRC will provide these comprehensive services from the earliest planning  stages right through final project closeout. We tailor our services and  staff to meet the needs and budget of our clients, while providing the  highest level of service in the most effective and cost efficient  manner.  Value engineering is a key component.   With both design and construction placed in the hands of DRC here is a  single point of responsibility for quality, cost and schedule  adherence. DRC and design personnel, working together as a team,  evaluate alternative materials and methods efficiently and accurately.  Value engineering and constructability are utilized continuously and  more effectively when the designers and DRC  work as a team during the  entire design process. These steps ultimately save the owner significant  amounts of money and time.  

Once the design phase is complete, DRC creates work packages, obtains  bids, hires contractors to perform construction, establishes and  administers construction schedule, provides full-time on-site project  and safety management, coordinates and expedites the project with all  parties, addresses all issues and concerns and submits all close out  documentation to the owner.  Because design and construction are  overlapped and bidding periods are eliminated, DRC can significantly  reduce the completion time of your project.
